1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7–14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Limited Edition products
- Customized or personalized products
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Certain items for hygiene reasons (if applicable)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours – 3 days of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Before returning the product, you must take clear photos of the item and send them to our support team for review and approval
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions
- Ship the item using a trackable courier
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval or without submitted photos may not be accepted.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost

Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
