Return & Refund Policy

At Larin, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7–14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Limited Edition products
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Certain items for hygiene reasons (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours – 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Before returning the product, you must take clear photos of the item and send them to our support team for review and approval
  4. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  5. Ship the item using a trackable courier

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval or without submitted photos may not be accepted.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund timeline:

  • Typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank/provider

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your payment provider
